Mario Gordon

Chief Technology Officer

Mario has spent the last 15 years programming and deploying strategic solutions for the hospitality industry. Among other things, he served as senior programmer for Visual One/Agilysys Systems and enhanced one of the industry's first fully integrated sales and catering–property management systems. Throughout Mario's accomplishments is the overriding key to his ability to conceptualize, define and deliver solutions in a way that all hotels can embrace so that they operate at higher levels of efficiency.

Bob Palloni

Chief Operations Officer

As chief operating officer, Bob is responsible for leading the company in corporate strategy, business development, product innovation and market profitability. Bob has more than 15 years of progressive experience in all phases of lifecycle software development. Bob's strength as a strategic planner focuses on networking and application evolution, assuring continued knowledge on trends and partnerships with vendors. Prior to forming Skyware, Bob was senior developer for Visual One/Agilysys and assisted support engineers in troubleshooting customer issues for resolving database performance and networking problems. Previously, Bob also launched an IT development company, KASS Systems, providing integrated technologies to meet the business requirements for small- to medium-sized businesses.

Nick Sciurba

Vice President, Sales

Nick Sciurba offers more than 15 years of experience in hotel and convention management, followed by 20 years in hospitality technology systems application development and sales. Before entering the technology sector, he was director of conference services at Harrison Conference Centers, and later became general manager of Sugarbush Ski Resort and Bolton Valley Ski areas. After that, he was project development director at RCA Service Company, where he coordinated the acquisition of Logistix Property Management Systems and then led sales for Compusolv and Encore Systems. He also served as vice president, hotel systems for Visual One. Nick is a graduate of Long Island University with a masters degree in business administration.
